Degree in Medicine. Ninil has over 13 year experiences working in a wide range of fields including community development, conservation, environmental education and informal adult education for sustainability development. Her expertise includes methodology and conceptual development for complex issue resolution. Most recently, her experience has turned to the disaster risk reduction field and organizing communities to become self-prepared for risk using participatory approaches

Ninil has assisted many communities to rebuild and strengthen their livelihoods through participative and cost-efficient approaches since the Yogya earthquake in 2006. She established “LINGKAR Foundation” in 2008 and co-founder of PT. Ekologika Consultants. She has lead HCV assessments and social-economic assessment producing management recommendation for conflict risk reduction in the private sector
