Taufik Hermawan

Taufik Hermawan is a professional who has a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Airlangga University, Surabaya, and very diverse work experience in various sectors. Born in Madiun on 14 February 1971 and now domiciled in South Tangerang, Taufik is known as a resilient person with a leadership spirit and strong managerial skills.

Since his college days, Taufik has been active in student organizations, as evidenced by his role as Chairman of Welfare and General Chairman of MPA WANALA Universitas Airlangga in 1992-1993, as well as his involvement in the Jaya Carstenz Expedition in 1994. These organizational experiences shaped his leadership character and ability to work in teams and face challenges in the field.

In the course of his professional career, Taufik has worked in various fields and held various strategic positions, ranging from operations manager at PT AdiCipta RekaGriya and field manager at PT Edowin Citra Selaras to HR consultant who provides training to MSMEs assisted by PT Semen Gresik. He has also run an independent business in the culinary field, demonstrating his flexibility and entrepreneurial spirit.

Taufik also has experience in the energy sector as assistant manager of a petrol station in Singkawang and has served as a property appraiser at KJPP Nanang Rahayu, Manado. In addition, his expertise in agribusiness was evident when he was a Garden Supervisor at Ally’s Secret Garden, West Bandung, and a Plantation Officer at PT Harapan Interaksi Swadaya, Tangerang.
Most notably, Taufik also has a strong track record in logistics and project supervision, as evidenced by his role as Logistics Coordinator and Project Supervisor at DR Partner’s, Madiun, for several years.

With a combination of expertise in management, human resources, logistics, agribusiness, and project supervision, and supported by experience across regions and sectors, Taufik Hermawan is an adaptive, experienced professional who is able to contribute strategically in various fields of work.
